Sunscape Puerto Vallarta Resort, Puerto Vallarta

I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a great view of Banderas Bay. The location is ideal for family-friendly fun, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The rooms were comfortable but lacked proper cleaning and maintenance. Dining options were a bit repetitive at times. Overall, it was a nice trip, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement.
